Broker Support Services

IBX provides support for the Business Broker with four overall programs, each with varying levels of involvement with the business listing process. These include:

Broker Subscriptions	Overview
Directory	Be listed in the IBX broker directory for free and highlight your brokerage business with an optional Broker DMP. The Directory can link to your website or to your IBX Associate Webpage.
Listing	This entry level subscription provides a posting facility at a nominal cost and can accommodate up to 15 listings.
Associate	This subscription provides a dedicated listing page on the IBX website that may be accessed by buyers, directly or through an Associate Broker directory. This subscription is nominally priced and can accommodate up to 100 listings. This subscription supports up to 5 agents, each with their own listings within the dedicated broker webpage.
Embedded	This subscription allows you to place IBX based listings on your website using an embedded iFrame technique. You can enter listings on IBX and have them appear on your website. Buyers may search on IBX and link to the listing on your site. Buyers searching your site will access listing details on your site. Click example Embedded Subscription link for a demonstration.
Dedicated	This subscription includes a dedicated Unity website with a unique "skin" representing your branding. Many of the features of the system are configurable and help support the transactional needs of you and your agents. This subscription is used for those brokers with more than 100 listings. IBX, through its marketing, will bring highly interested, screened and targeted buyers to your listings. This service is supported through a modest back end fee split with MCBI and its matching and sorting process. You may choose to participate in the placement of your dedicated listings within the overall IBX framework and expose those listings to the IBX buyer network.

Merchant Capital Business International (MCBI) International (MCBI) provides Mentoring and Chaperone services for seller clients, as well as a "Finishing School" program to support your clients. This relieves you of the effort of educating and nurturing the seller until they are prepared and ready to be listed and sold. The Unity system, from IntegratedBizTechnologies (IBT) provides the infrastructure and "glue" to facilitate this one stop multiple listing capability that one day will become the standard for business listing sites.	IntegratedBizTechnologies (IBT) offers you, the broker, wholesale discounts should you wish to utilize IBT seller subscription services for one or more of your listings or wish to purchase any of the IBT products and reports, including the popular Digital Media Presentation (DMP). IBX also offeres a referral fee for the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) or unprepared sellers that require the support and mentoring offered by the IBT subscriptions.
