Brokers Back Office
Brokers who choose to utilize the IBX system will have access to a "Back Office" facility that includes a Dashboard to manage the listings and transactions through use of the Unity System. The Unity System is more than a website to host listings, it is also a transaction management system to reduce the chaos and inefficiencies in closing deals.
The screen image below shows the Broker's Dashboard with several listings. The Broker can add listings and control the visibility of the listings on the IBX website.
The Broker uses the Dashboard to manage his Broker Directory contents and the internal message system to allow communication with buyers and his seller clients.
