Seller Leads

The source of leads come from IBX partners using a variety of seller acquisition methods. These leads may have been screened and mentored by Merchant Business International (MCBI) so that they have been educated in the sales process, the business is priced fairly, and they are motivated to sell.

The lead sources include:

  • IAG: An intermediary company who provides prepartion, marketing and valuation services to the seller for a fee.
  • IntegratedBizSales, a lead source focused on Main Street or larger businesses that may elect For Sale By Owner (FSBO) strategies. These sellers invariably seek mentoring or a broker to handle their transaction.
  • IntegratedBizHarmony, a FSBO posting site where leads are generated through phone and internet placement.
  • IBX, where sellers find IBX, understand its advantaages, and seek an IBX broker within the network through the IBX Broker Directory on this site.
